KONE Corporation's Annual Review and Remuneration Report 2020 have been published.
The Annual Review includes the consolidated financial statements, the parent company financial statements, the Board of Director's report and the Corporate Governance Statement. For the first time, KONE publishes the Annual Review in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. These XBRL tags have not been subject to audit.
The Annual Review is attached to this release as an XHTML file as well as a PDF file and it is available on www.kone.com. The Remuneration Report is also attached to this release as a PDF file and is available on www.kone.com.
